ESTIM ITSM On-premise

ESTIM ITSM On-premise is ESTIM software installed in the customer’s infrastructure, where the customer provides the servers and storage. ESTIM ITSM On-premise is available in two versions: perpetual and subscription. Perpetual license is an ESTIM software with an initial investment in the form of a license purchase, while the second year onwards customers only pay an annual maintenance fee, or Annual Technical Service (ATS).

Subscription license is an ESTIM software with an annual subscription fee, but customers do not need to pay any maintenance fee, because it is included in the annual subscription fee. The types of ESTIM ITSM On premise licensing are described in full below.
