Through this Kick-Off Meeting, PT. Mitratex Konsultan @mitratex.id and the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (Ditjen AHU) officially enter the initial phase of implementing ESTIM IT Asset Management, Problem Management, and Knowledge Management. This initiative serves as a continuation of previous ESTIM implementations, aimed at strengthening the effectiveness of IT service management, enhancing operational quality, and ensuring more integrated and sustainable service delivery.

With this system enhancement, IT service delivery is expected to become faster, more consistent, and more aligned with user needs. May this collaboration bring significant value to the ongoing digital transformation within Ditjen AHU.
